MT Sessie en team analyse

Headhunting
Onze specialisten benaderen hun eigen exclusieve netwerk en hunten goed verborgen Executives voor uw bedrijf.

Executives beoordelen
In individuele sessies met de geselecteerde Executives, bepalen we welke persoonlijkheden en skills het beste passen bij uw vraagstuk.

Introductie
Hiermee worden alle vereiste facetten en een full view van de kandidaat gedetailleerd beschreven. Hierdoor kunt u vrijwel meteen lezen waarom het dé Executive is voor de functie.

Evaluatie Executives
Bepreken van de voorgestelde Executives met de klant om te bepalen of hij/zij wordt uitgenodigd.

Kennismakinggesprek
Hierbij maak u kennis met onze Executive/het betreffende bedrijf.

Antecedentenonderzoek
In deze fase verzorgen we het antecendentonderzoek en begeleiden het assessment toegespits op de gewenste kwaliteiten.
